PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF FOOD FARMING CHAIN
The mountain food chain today requires professionals who are able to enter a market in which the added value of the typical product is determined by quality, tradition, link with the territory, as well as the ability to adapt to innovative forms of market.
The Specialization Course on Protection and Management of Food Farming Chain aims to train professionals able to develop new supply chain strategies targeted to the definition of tools to support the innovation of products and processes, the transfer of technical knowledge, the costs’ rationalization, the enhancement and promotion of products and brands, the diversification of marketing channels and protection at the market level.

The course is divided into four types of activity:
- technical and scientific (mountain agro-food chains, products’ certification and sensory analysis);
- economic-management (management and marketing of agricultural companies);
- supply chain organization and fund raising (the Business Plan);
- communication techniques.
