Viticulture and enology

The degree course in Viticulture and Enology is a three-year degree within the Faculty of Agriculture, activated in 1993-94 following the approval of law 129/91 which recognizes the professional figure of the enologist. Since then the course has been amended in accordance with the legal provisions (DM 509/99 and DM 270/04), but the supporting structure has remained unchanged. The overall good impact on the world of work and stakeholders is evidenced by the number of students who are always among the highest in the Faculty’s offering.
