As part of the NRRP Agritech Project, National Center for the development of New Technologies in Agriculture, in collaboration with the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences of the University of Milan, a competition is open, for a position lasting 12 months, renewable, which offers:

The candidate will be responsible for:
• Phytochemical analyzes aimed at characterizing plants of agro-food and/or herbal-pharmacological interest;
• Analysis of the bioactivity of molecules present in matrices of plant origin;
• Statistical analysis of data and dissemination of research results through scientific publications and technical-scientific seminars;
• Support for the development/integration of supply chains and promotion processes of mountain areas.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following requirements:
• Absence of criminal convictions or ongoing criminal proceedings;
• Master’s degree or equivalent obtained according to the educational system prior to Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999 and subsequent amendments and additions or a Specialist degree pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999;
Other requirements:
• Expertise in the sector or research field:
Good knowledge of instruments and analysis techniques aimed at the chemical characterization of resources of plant origin of agro-food and/or herbal-pharmacological interest;
Ability to conduct statistical analysis of data, write reports and scientific articles, disseminate research results through technical-scientific seminars;
• Knowledge of the Italian language.
The place of work is Edolo (BS) – UNIMONT, center of excellence of the University of Milan, with the opportunity to use the laboratories of the “Ge.S.Di.Mont” Research Center and the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences.
