The 100% Local project is funded within the framework of the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region EUSALP and aims at developing a model for radically local agri-food chains based on the cultural heritage of Alpine communities. The project considers the spreading of the latter a positive outlook and develops a transferable model to enhance its application. It uncovers the potential for entrepreneurship in the field of agri-food value chain valorization, raises awareness on the model potential in selected case study areas and connects agri-food value chains actors with the relevant competence centers to match problems with concrete solutions.
