The top leadership of the Italian Alpine Club sign the “Charter of Milan for the Mountain”

Umberto Martini, President of the Italian Alpine Club, signed the “Charter of Milan for the Mountain” promoted in Lombardy and presented to him by Alberto Mazzoleni, Paolo Valoti and Piermario Marcolin.
