Franco Provencal Language and Culture Day

Multilingualism is an invaluable cultural heritage for all upland and linguistic diversity allows a multifaceted design of the territorial reality.
In Piedmont, in particular, 161 municipalities have applied the law 482,declaring themselves belonging to a linguistic minority. In the province of Turin there are 43 municipalities Franco-Provencal.

Saturday, December 12 at 17.00, at Castello di Mezzenile this “language”will be relaunched.

The Conference “Community and territory in search of itself. Language and culture to respond to the spectrum of displacement” will be an opportunity to reflect on the importance of reviving the cultural and linguistic traditions.
