The technical table on saffron represents an opportunity for all those working in the saffron production chain (farmers, restaurateurs, researchers, etc.) or who wish to be part of it to meet and share experiences. The third technical table has the aim of allowing the various stakeholders who make up the supply chain to discuss issues in order to identify strengths and weaknesses linked to the production, enhancement and sale of the spice.
