The study “Small municipalities and typicality” carried out by Fondazione Symbola and Coldiretti, will be presented during the conference, reconstructing the geography of the territorial quality of the country, analyzing typicality, biodiversity and landscape, historical and artistic heritage.
There will be some young Coldiretti members from the mountain areas of Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Sondrio and Varese who will talk about their work experiences at the meeting. Multifunctional mountain agriculture will be represented by means of case histories regarding the transformation and direct sale of products (cheeses, cured meats, fruit and vegetables, …), hospitality and agritourism, educational farms, product traceability, biodiversity and more.
Furthermore, an example of a sustainable territorial tourism route, developed in small mountain municipalities, will be illustrated.
