Stefania Reali and Simone Frassini first met at the Mountain University in Edolo. After their experience at the Undergraduate Course in Conservation and Sustainable Development of Mountain Areas, overcoming many obstacles, they opened the farm “Cosa tiene accese le stelle” in Val Trompia. The farm produces small fruits, fresh vegetables and legumes, fruit jams, vegetable products, juices and mountain flora and chestnut honey.
During the seminar they explained their tips, difficulties, the necessary training and inevitable lack of preparation to take up this profession, explained in concrete and practical terms, as would have been useful to them when, like you now, they were just starting out.
