Managing the coexistence between humans and large carnivores is the focus of the upcoming online appointment organized by EAAP – European Federation of Animal Science within the framework of the Horizon Europe CoCo project, a meeting aimed at sharing innovative strategies and technologies.
The webinar, organized by EAAP with the CoCo project – Co-creating Coexistence (EU-funded Horizon Europe project, of which EAAP is a partner), will explore the use of established and emerging technologies to foster the coexistence of human activities, such as farming and livestock breeding, with wildlife.
The meeting, led by the Callisto Wildlife and Nature Conservation Society, will also include an interactive workshop focused on evaluating and adopting emerging technologies from the primary producers’ perspective.
The webinar will be held online on June 23rd 2026, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (CET).
