Training internship to be carried out at the Cooperativa Famiglia Agricola di Santicolo (BS), in order to study the evolution and problems of a dairy herd farm for the production of milk and cheese in the mountains.
The study aims to collect and analyze data with a view to assessing sustainability over a long period of time, focusing on milk production and milk quality, feeding of cows in the different groups, milking and reproduction. In particular, the critical aspects of breeding will be investigated also on the basis of comparisons with farm data from previous years.
All collected data will be processed and, together with investigation of relevant literature, will be used for the preparation of the final paper
