Call for Admission to the Undergraduate Course published. Enrollment from 1st July to 8th September 2021

The UNIMONT Centre of Excellence, part of the University of Milan, specialized in promoting the development of mountain areas through a specific training offer and research and study activities aimed at innovating and making these territories competitive opens admission to the three-year Undergraduate course in Improvement and Protection of Mountain Environments.

The Undergraduate Course aims to provide basic knowledge in the mountain agro-forestry and environmental sectors and skills and abilities applicable in different areas of intervention for the protection and development of mountain areas, whilst at the same time taking into consideration the main environmental and social phenomena taking place in mountain areas and the specific resources available, as well as strategies and approaches based on innovation, optimization, enhancement and management of products and services.

The location of UNIMONT, in a small mountain town in the heart of the central Alps, is itself strategic, as it contributes to the acquisition of concrete and direct knowledge and awareness of the specificities and complexity of the environment. The professional profile formed is, therefore, that of a MOUNTAIN SYSTEM SPECIALIST, capable of identifying specific natural, agro-environmental and territorial resources in order to enhance them in traditional and innovative, sustainable and quality production processes.
