UNIMONT at Vette In Vista: “a degree for the mountains”

The tenth edition of “Vette in Vista”: a four-day festival dedicated to the mountains to explore, live and study organized by the Stefano Zavka Association and the Italian Alpine Club of Terni in collaboration with the Trento Film Festival and the National Italian Alpine Club Cineteca was held from 25th to 28th January in the Sala dell’Orologio del Caos in Terni. The Mountain University – Edolo Campus of the University of Milan – was invited.

The appointment with UNIMONT was on Friday 26th at 5.00 p.m., during the meeting entitled A degree for the mountains”, which explained teaching and research activities for the sustainable development and enhancement of mountain environments. The Edolo Mountain University and the University of Tuscia spoke of the new degree courses dedicated to the mountains organized at the two universities, interacting with young graduates and others, engaged in the recovery and innovation of ancient arts and trades, with the dream of working towards new life for mountain areas.

UNIMONT graduates who took part in the debate to talk about their experience in developing and enhancing the resources of the territory included Enrico dell’Osa of the Dell’Osa Farm, Marco Monopoli of Frammenti, Società Agricola SempliceStefania Reali of “Cosa tiene accese le Stelle” and Daniela Toloni of the VALMALZA REFUGE
