ALIMONT

The main objective of the ALIMONT project is to promote the knowledge and recognition of quality food products from the mountain world, obtained according to production regulations linked to the tradition and culture of the rural area and according to environmentally friendly methods as well as promoting the adoption of correct eating and nutritional behaviors through clear guide points.

The proposed course intends to stimulate an interdisciplinary approach towards the mountain world and its agri-food productions in synergy with the school programs, the themes of Expo 2015 and the guidelines and objectives of the “VERSO EXPO 2015 – Paths of Food Education” of the Region Lombardy.
